AAHPA Scholarships 2022

The AAHPA is pleased to offer annual scholarships to qualifying Alaskan students going into fields of study or vocation related to the maritime industry and environment. In 2021 we awarded two $1,000 scholarships sponsored by AAHPA, individual donations, and HDR. One student was from Homer and is attending California Maritime Academy, and the other is from Seward and is attending UAF.  Additionally, we awarded a TRANSPAC Marinas-sponsored scholarship in the amount of $2,500 to a student from Seward pursuing a STEM field of study at Colorado College.
