Every year, AAHPA members come together for our annual conference. Anyone who has been to a conference will attest - it's good people, talking about important and good work. You will learn more than enough to cover the cost of attending through increased savings, efficiency, professional networks and grant opportunities throughout the rest of the year.

Our corporate members rotate the responsibility for hosting the conference. Members can login to see past conference presentations, and all AAHPA awards are available to peruse at any time.

While Covid-19 means we have postponed our Nome conference, we look forward to meeting in Nome in 2021. Until then, we're bringing you a port & harbor lunchtime series that we hope you'll find interesting and engaging, and provide you with valuable connections and networking with your colleagues around the state.

Award Nominations

Typically, during the annual conference banquet, the AAHPA honors outstanding individuals in our industry.

This year we are postponing all awards except Employee of the Year awards. These awards give our Corporate members an opportunity to celebrate outstanding accomplishments of their staff over the prior year.

To celebrate one of your employees on the final day of our lunchtime port & harbor series, please send an email to info@alaskaharbors.org with the name, position, and noteworthy achievements of that employee! Nominations will be accepted through November 2.
